• A first-time mom, a new mom, or already a mom, on this journey that can feel overwhelming at times, wondering, "How will you know" you're on the right path?

  • Seeking that extra support to feel confident and to trust your instincts?

  • Needing a friendly reminder that a happy mom often leads to a happy baby?

Hi I am Rachel,

I am a mom of two and I can strongly say that every mom is looking for what is best for their child. I have put together a bundle of content that will help you, momma, during your baby’s first year. With this little extra support, and your growth of love and patience, you will find your way through this incredible adventure of being the best mom for your baby.

I PROMISE!

When I had my first baby I was probably JUST LIKE YOU. I was anxious and felt like I didn’t know anything. I wanted to be the best mom, but the weight of being responsible for a tiny human life was overwhelming. Questions raced through my mind: Will I still get sleep? Will I have a healthy baby? Will I have a happy baby? Every moment was filled with love, fear, and hope as I navigated the unknown world of motherhood, learning one day at a time. When my first born arrived, it seemed so obvious – eat and sleep. Then, after two weeks it’s like my baby snapped out of it and realized he was not in my womb anymore. That is when things spiced up. He had HORRIBLE acid reflux to the point I was researching everything I could about sleep schedules, bedtime routines, feedings, baby gas, all the things to have my baby be happy and comfortable. As I started to get my bearings on being a new mom, BAM!! Four months post partum I found out I was pregnant AGAIN. WOW!! That was a rollercoaster of emotions. You get the gist – I navigated the newborn/infant stage for two, whole consecutive years with two totally different babies.

I will be sharing my favorite, and most affordable products. Many of the products will be touched on in previous units. Within this unit I will be offering helpful links and deeper insight.

I spent a total of $1,800 (YIKES) on sleep courses and a sleep consultant thinking sleep was the answer to making my unhappy baby, happy. But I realized there was so much more to it than just sleep— it’s also about connection and understanding their needs. I've taken all my knowledge and put it into a step-by-step course for moms. For moms, who once like myself, might be on edge and not sure where to find the answers.
